Instructions follow to make this sweet little page :-)
Papers: MM, and Sass Lass, Heavy paper for journalling:Canson, Golden Book page, AC alphas, Brad by BG, DYMO label maker, Frame by scenic route, Ink by Versa Ink, Ribbon and teapot button- my stash.

Step 1- Select photos, select feature product (page of Golden Book) and then select supporting products.
Step 2- Ink the frame with “Baby Blue” ink- Versa Mark and then put it out of the way to dry. After a couple of minutes, ink over the Baby Blue with “Cyan”, but let some of the Baby Blue show through.
Step 3- Position papers, but don’t adhere just yet.
Step 4- Hmmm, that's gonna be a bit much... needs dilution
Phew... that's better!
Step 5- Machine sew around edge of two blue papers  and then distress edges with scissors. Just scrape the blade along the edge of the paper.
Step 6- Tie ribbon to frame, then adhere papers, top photo and frame with tape and adhere bottom photo with foam tape.
Step 7- Adhere pink gingham over sentence from Golden Book  that doesn’t quite work, then blue ric rac over the top. Position title. Adhere ribbon and brad in bottom Right corner. Flip layout and flatten split pin with hammer.
Step 8- Type up journaling. Note: adhering the individual words is time consuming, so if speed is preferred, why not adhere strips or even a journaling block.
Step 9- Adhere sizzix adhesive to the back, cut journaling into strips, ink edges, then snip each individual word and ink the little ends.

Step 10- Space out words on the layout and remove a few key words and replace with Dymo words. Try to space the Dymo words apart in a pleasing fashion.
So there you have it, one cute little layout using the most divine products and the sweetest photos!! The journalling was a fiddle, but isn't it so worth it in the end? Maybe a shorter sentence next time LOL

Sometimes in life the simple things ARE the best. This is not a fantastic layout. It's a piece of GORGEOUS yummy yummy Bo Bunny Die Cut paper, with some cute AC alphas, a piece of fabric I found on the floor, an MM tag, a Bo Bunny brad and a bit of ribbon. My 14 yo saw it and said "cool Mum". He meant it, it does what scrapping needs to do - it tells the story, it tells it in a way that at the time of the photo the person in the photo would like! So this is one of my fav layouts at the mo :-)  Oh and Clicked Look Back Air would be the name of a BMX trick :-)
I purposely distressed the apples by sticky tape on them then pulling it off! Lots of Kaiser, and MM alphas.

I love LOVE LOVE Echo Park. And AC alphas. 2 Fav products meet! Notice lots of machine stitching.

Feeling the Bo Bunny love that's for sure :-) Hand sewing, staples....

When you have 4 sons, you have to be creative if you want anything at all to be girly!  I love this Elizabeth Park range from Yellow Bicycle. Crochet flower by Kaiser. Mini alphas- Best Creation, White embellishment- Franchville, Pink Flower- Blue Bazaar, Mini- BMX brad- Bev's.

This is the other side of the layout above :-) I love doing that. Background page by LYB, other papers- Best Creation, transparencies- LYB, mini-alphas- Kaiser, Glitz', "SK8PARK" title- odd letters from my stash, lots of staples!, "bmx" title- Basic Grey.

Papers by MME, Alphas by AC, Flowers by Kaiser and AC

Paper-Oh I forget- was Oct Arvo or Echo Park? Mini alphas- Oct Afternoon, Gorgeous banners- Little Yellow Bicycle

I recall a conversation, sitting at a Creative memories demo about 10 years ago when someone mentioned the name Bo Bunny, at that stage BB used to do ranges of the same shades in lots of different patterns! One of my scrapping friends was 100% sure that "Bo Bunny" was the full name of an actual person in the US. I have since found that in fact Bo Bunny was the name of a designer's child's toy rabbit! It made a lot of sense when I heard that :-) Hahaha!!

All products by Bo Bunny :-)

All products by AC

Same, same but different!!  I often scrap the same photo twice (or 4 times LOL). This time I used an exquisite paper and title from My Minds Eye. I cut in behind the photo and saved a chunk of the paper and typed the journalling. There's a gorgeous transparency around the photo, it was in my stash for many years and I have no idea where it came from. No doubt a scrapping shop of some sort!

Cool Bazzill cardstock; Papers- Best Creation Inc
